• Weekend surcharge of IDR 400.000 nett/room/night if falls on Friday and Saturday.
• Promotion is valid for all Asia market (except Singapore & Japan).
• All activities are subject to sea and weather condition, subject to Hotel’s discretion. 
• Strictly no refund of cash or exchange of any unused meals or activities. 
• Hotel will only allow vegetarians to exchange for vegetarian set meals at Spice Restaurant (base on 1 starter and 1 main course from the menu) and at chef’s discretion. 
• Strictly no exchange of meals for any non-vegetarian will be allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY /NO SHOWS

• For cancellation with less than 3 day notice, one night cancellation charge will be imposed. 
• In the event the guest did not arrive, the Tour Operator shall be held responsible for payment of the full stay. 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME

• Check In Time : 15.00 hours (Bintan time) ~ One hour behind Singapore time. 
• Check Out Time : 12:00 hours (Bintan time)
